By using Publikasi, you agree to the following terms. Written in plain language, not legal jargon.

About the service

Publikasi is a tool to help write scholarly work. It reads references you provide, builds an outline, writes drafts grounded in those sources, verifies citations, and exports documents. This service helps you write, it does not write for you.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account and all activity within it. Keep your password confidential. Tell us if there is unauthorized use.

Academic integrity

This is the most important part. Publikasi is a tool to assist the writing process, like a word processor or reference manager. You are fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and academic compliance of the work you submit. You must review, verify, and cite correctly per your institution's rules. Submitting raw AI output without editing as your own work may violate academic rules, and that is outside our responsibility.

Payment and refunds

The Pro subscription costs Rp49,000 per month, processed via Xendit. You can cancel anytime, and the subscription ends at the close of the paid period. Refunds for periods already used are not available, except for technical issues on our side that halt the service.

Intellectual property

All writing and projects you create in Publikasi belong to you. We claim no ownership over your content. The code, design, and brand of Publikasi are ours.

Limitation of liability

Publikasi is provided as is. AI can make mistakes, and citation verification does not guarantee 100% accuracy. You must verify every claim before submitting. We are not liable for losses arising from using output without verification.

Changes to service and terms

The service and these terms may change over time. Significant term changes will be announced. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the latest version.
